These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Retirement Peace of Mind LLC, doing business as GearRotate (“GearRotate”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Pickleball Paddle Rentals is a premium paddle rental subscription service offering high-quality pickleball paddles on a monthly subscription basis.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, creating an account, or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Subscription Service
Pickleball Paddle Rentals provides a monthly subscription service allowing members to rent one or more premium pickleball paddles. Members in good standing are entitled to swap their paddles according to their plan's swap frequency (typically once every 30 days).
3. Billing and Payments
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew until canceled. Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of your rental privileges and a request to return all rented equipment.
4. Damage and Protection Policy
Normal wear and tear is covered under our Damage Protection Policy. Customers are responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or pets. We reserve the right to charge the payment method on file or deduct from your deposit for damages outside of normal wear and tear.
5. Cancellation and Returns
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Member Portal. Upon cancellation, you must return all rented paddles within 7 days using the provided return labels. Failure to return paddles will result in a charge for the full retail price of the unreturned equipment.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pickleball Paddle Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service or any rented equipment. Pickleball involves physical exertion and risk of injury; you agree to use the equipment at your own risk.
